Time and Attendance
Employees
- Navigate to the home screen
- Open the left-hand menu bar
- Click on the Department drop-down menu
Alternatively:
- Navigate to the Attendance screen
- Select the Department dropdown menu at the top
- Navigate to the home screen.
- Click on the box at the top of the employee list
- Type the employee's name and hit Enter
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Check the Status column from the Employee list table.
- Navigate to the Home screen
- Open the left menu and select "Archived Employee"
- Find and select the employee
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Active.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Navigate to the Home Screen.
- Click Add/Edit Employee button from the left menu.
- Select employee that needs to be edited from the list at the left.
- Select No from the slider menu next to Allow Export.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Navigate to the Home screen.
- Click Add/Edit Employee button from the left menu.
- Select the employee that needs to be edited from the list at the left.
- Select the new shift pattern from the Shift Pattern dropdown menu.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Go to Home screen.
- Click Add/Edit Employee button from the left menu.
- Select employee that needs to be edited from the list at the left.
- Select No from the slider menu next to Active.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Go to Home screen.
- Click Add/Edit Employee button from the left menu.
- Select employee that needs to be edited from the list at the left.
- Enter the new email address in the box provided for Email Address.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Go to Home screen.
- Click Add/Edit Employee button from the left menu.
- Select employee that needs to be edited from the list at the left.
- Select the new department from the dropdown menu next to Department.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to include hourly wage in employee details.
- Click Save button.
- Go to Home screen.
- Click Add/Edit Employee button from the left menu.
- Select employee that needs to be edited from the list at the left.
- Enter the hourly wage of the employee in the box provided for Hourly Wage.
- Click Save button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
Attendance
- From the Attendance screen click Quick Select button from the right to show the employee list in the left.
- Select the employee to edit from that list.
- You can also use to select employee the dropdown menu next to Selected User.
- From the Attendance screen click the boxes next to Dates to show the calendar.
- Select the dates from the calendar.
- From the Attendance screen select the employee to edit from Quick Select list at the left or Selected User dropdown menu.
- Select the new shift from the shifts drowndown menu inline with the date to edit.
- From the Attendance screen select the employee to edit from Quick Select list at the left or Selected User dropdown menu.
- Using your mouse, double click on In(or Out) next to the time that has to be swapped.
- Wait for the system to update.
- From the Attendance screen select the employee to edit from Quick Select list at the left or Selected User dropdown menu.
- Select the timestamp to be deleted by clicking the tiny box next to it to put a check mark.
- Click the trash bin icon in line with the date.
- Wait for the system to update.
- From the Attendance screen select the employee to edit from Quick Select list at the left or Selected User dropdown menu.
- Click on the + icon next to the date where to add manual times.
- Enter the In and Out time in Create In/Out prompt.
- Click OK button.
- Wait for the system to update.
- Go to Settings.
- Select the new day from the list next to Work start day.
- Click Save.
- Go to Attendance.
- Select the employee to edit from Quick Select list at the left or Selected User dropdown menu.
- From the row of the date to edit, select a shift with equivalent hours of the leave from the Shift dropdown menu and wait for the system to update.
- Click the Shift dropdown menu again and select the type of leave.
- Wait for the system to update.
- Go to Attendance.
- Select the employee to edit from Quick Select list at the left or Selected User dropdown menu.
- From the row of the date to edit, select the leave from the Shift dropdown menu and wait for the system to update.
Settings
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Are you using Department.
- Enter the name of the department in the box provided.
- Click Save Department button.
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select No from the slider menu next to Do you have an Overtime
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be edited from the list.
- Select new pay period from the menu next to Pay Period.
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select the Yes from the slider menu next to payroll export?
- Select your payroll software/program from the menu next to export to.
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to include hourly wage in employee details.
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Do you have allowances.
- Enter the name of the allowance in the box provided.
- Click Save Allowances button.
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Do you have an overtime?
- Select whether you give Daily or Weekly overtime from the options next to Overtime.
- Select how employees will get paid for the overtime hours: 1=x1.5, 2=x2 from the options next to Overtime levels.
- Click Save button.
- Click Settings from the top menu.
- Click x icon in the department button to be deleted.
- Click the box next to Date from the Delete Department prompt. This will show the calendar. Select the effectivity date and click OK.
- Click Save button.
Reports
- Click Reports from the top menu.
- Select the report you want to print from the list of Standard Reports at the right.
- The report will open in a new tab/window.
- In order to print, click the export icon at the top right, and select export As PDF.
- The exported PDF will open in another tab/window.
- Depending on the browser you use, click the Print icon in the upper right-hand side.
- Select your printer options in the message that will pop-up.
- Click OK to print.
Contact your I.T. to check if the IP address is set to “Allowed” and that the port is open.
Shifts
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- The list of Shifts currently active is listed to this page.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be deleted from the list.
- Click Delete button.
How to limit the start or end of day time of my employee to avoid unauthorized overtime hours?
Expand
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be edited from the list.
- Put a check mark in the small box for Limit next to Start Time (if limiting Start Time) and/or Finish Time (if limiting Finish Time).
- Click Update button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be edited from the list.
- Enter the number of minutes/hours allowed for break in the box provided next to Add Break Time.
- Click Update button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be edited from the list.
- Click on the small box next to Add Break to put a check mark.
- Click Update button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be edited from the list.
- Enter the number of hours needed for the employee to work to take a break in the box provided next to Break After.
- Click Update button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Select the shift to be edited from the list.
- Update the Edit Shift form to make the necessary changes.
- Click Update button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Create Shift Pattern button from the left menu.
- Select Weeks next to Length of Period and enter 2 in the box provided.
- Fill out the rest of the form.
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Create Shift Pattern button from the left menu.
- Select the shift pattern to be edited from the list at the left.
- Select not working from the dropdown menu next to the day/s of the employee’s new rest/off days.
- Click Update button.
- Click the box next to the Date from the prompt to view calendar and select effectivity date.
- Click OK.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Create Exceptions button from the left menu.
- Select the leave to be edited from the list at the left.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to include in weekly overtime
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Create Exceptions button from the left menu.
- Select the leave to be edited from the List of Exceptions at the left.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Add to Standard Hours.
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Global Rules button from the left menu.
- Enter the number of hours allowed for work in a week, before overtime in the Normal Time box.
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Global Rules button from the left menu.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Global Rounding.
- Select IN/OUT next to IN/OUT Rounding or Total Hours Rounding.
- Select 15 min next to Start Time Round to Closest (Minutes).
- Enter the number of minutes needed to apply the rounding in the box provided next to Round up after (Minutes).
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Public Holidays button from the left menu.
- Go to Create Holiday section.
- Click the box next to Date of Holiday to show the calendar and select the date.
- Enter the name of the holiday in the box provided next to Holiday Name.
- Click Create button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Public Holidays button from the left menu.
- Select OT2 from the dropdown menu next to Multiplier if Worked from the left.
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Public Holidays button from the left menu.
- Select Yes from the slider menu next to Add to Standard Hours from the left.
- Click Save button.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Public Holidays button from the left menu.
- The list of active holidays is in the List of Currently Loaded Holidays section.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click Public Holidays button from the left menu.
- Enter the payroll code in the box provided next to Payroll Code.
- Click Save.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- The list is in the Shift Patterns table under the Shift table.
- Click Shifts from the top menu.
- Click the shift that needs to have half hour lunch from the shift list.
- Enter 00:30 in the box provided for Add Break Time.
- Enter the number of hours of work needed before taking a break in the box provided for Break After.
- Click Update button.
- Click the box for Date to show the calendar and select the date when the rule should be effective.
- Click OK button.

- Click Support from the top menu.
